This Privacy Policy explains how MoroccanTan collects, uses, stores and shares personal information when you visit our website, apply to or participate in the Golden Code Affiliate Programme, use our affiliate dashboard, or otherwise interact with us in connection with the Programme.

This Policy applies specifically to the Golden Code Affiliate Programme and operates alongside the Moroccan Tan Privacy Policy published at moroccantan.com.au. Where the two address the same matter in connection with the Programme, this Policy applies to the Programme.
2. Information We Collect
• Identity and contact information: name, email address, phone number, country, city and similar details.
• Creator/business information: social handles, website, audience information, affiliate type, business details and application responses.
• Account information: login details, affiliate ID, affiliate code, dashboard activity and account status.
• Payment information: payout details and information needed to process commissions. Where possible, sensitive payment credentials are handled directly by our payment provider.
• Referral and technical information: affiliate links, referral IDs, cookies or similar technologies, IP address, browser/device information, pages viewed, timestamps and campaign interactions.
• Transaction information: attributed orders, order value, discount code, commission amount, commission status, refunds and payout records.
• Communications: messages, support requests, application correspondence and email preferences.
• Compliance information: information reasonably required to detect fraud, enforce Programme rules or comply with legal obligations.

• To process and assess Affiliate applications.
• To create and manage Affiliate accounts.

• To track referrals, attribute qualifying sales and calculate commissions.
• To process payouts and maintain financial records.
• To provide dashboard reporting, campaign assets and Programme communications.
• To detect and prevent fraud, abuse and prohibited activity.
• To respond to enquiries and provide support.
• To improve our website, Programme and services.
• To send marketing communications where permitted by law and according to your preferences.
• To feature, repost and use content you create or share about MoroccanTan, including your name, handle, image and likeness within it, across MoroccanTan’s own channels, websites, paid advertising and marketing materials, in accordance with the licence you grant under the Affiliate Programme Terms & Conditions.
• To comply with legal, regulatory, tax, accounting and security obligations.
4. Legal Bases for Processing
For Affiliates in Australia and New Zealand, we handle personal information in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles, and the New Zealand Privacy Act 2020 where relevant.
For Affiliates in the United Kingdom and European Union, where the UK GDPR or EU GDPR applies, we may rely on different legal bases depending on the activity, including performance of a contract, steps taken at your request before entering a contract, legitimate interests, consent and compliance with legal obligations. Where we rely on consent, you may withdraw it subject to applicable law.
5. Cookies and Affiliate Tracking
We may use cookies and similar technologies to remember preferences, measure website activity and attribute sales to Affiliates. Unless otherwise stated, affiliate referral tracking is intended to remain valid for 30 days after an eligible affiliate click, consistent with the Affiliate Programme Terms & Conditions.

6. How We Share Information
• Service providers that operate our website, affiliate platform, analytics, email, hosting, payment and security services.

• Professional advisers such as lawyers, accountants and auditors where reasonably necessary.

We do not sell your personal information for money. We do not share Affiliate personal information with other Affiliates for their independent marketing purposes.
